Apapacho World is a small studio. We ship all orders, both domestic and international, once a week from Mexico City via carefully selected carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with delivery details.

Import Duties and Taxes

International shipping does not include import duties or customs fees. These charges, if applicable, are collected by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

For customers in the United States, we offer an optional duty-free service via DHL. Select this option at checkout (“+USD 30”) and no duties will be charged upon delivery.

Return

At studio Apapacho World we create products with a unique and imperfect nature, due to the manufacturing process and the material used. The product may vary slightly in color, size, even texture. Given the nature of the materials and the production process, you may see beautiful inconsistencies as part of the interaction with elements such as air, fire, wood, rocks.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days after receiving the parcel to arrange a return, and please kindly read the following T&C:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
• The shipping fee is non-refundable.
• When the parcel is returned to México, a customs fee may be applied, the customs fee is also non-refundable.
• You may ship using any method of your choice, at your expense.
• Please do arrange the return shipping in 7 days after receiving confirmation from us, or the return confirmation will be canceled.
• Please send us a tracking number after dispatch. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Please also kindly note that the payment method with international fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Apapacho World is not responsible for shipping costs, nor customs reimbursement in the case of international purchases and returns.
