Incense Holder
$850
A hand-built clay incense holder with a shallow dish form and central raised support for a single incense stick.
Designed for quiet daily ritual, the piece holds incense upright while the surrounding dish catches ash as it falls. Its rounded form and warm beeswax finish give the clay a soft sheen, keeping the object simple, tactile, and grounded.
Each piece is made by hand in the Tehuacán Valley, Puebla, and finished with beeswax to bring warmth and depth to the natural clay surface. Slight variations in form, tone, surface, and finish are expected, making every piece unique.

Material Note
Each clay object is made by hand and fired in an outdoor oven. Small cracks, color variation, burn marks, surface residue, and irregularities may naturally occur during the firing process.
Because the oven temperature can shift with wind and fire movement, one side of a piece may fire hotter than another, creating darker marks, tonal changes, or uneven surface effects. Small traces or marks may also come from natural material inside the oven, such as ash, wood, or plant matter touching the piece during firing.
These details are not considered defects. They are part of the life of the object and the process by which it is made.
Care
Remove ash after use. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash, soak, or use abrasive cleaners. Always burn incense on a stable, heat-safe surface and never leave burning incense unattended.
