Incense Sphere is a minimal object designed to hold a single incense stick upright. Its rounded form gives the piece a quiet sculptural presence, while the dark smoked surface adds warmth, depth, and a sense of material richness.
Handmade in clay, each piece carries subtle variations in tone, texture, and finish. The oversmoked firing gives the surface its dark character, making every sphere slightly different.

Material Note
Each clay object is handmade and fired in an outdoor oven. Small cracks, color variation, burn marks, ash residue, and surface irregularities may naturally occur during the firing process.
Because fire and wind can make one side of the oven hotter than another, tonal shifts and darker marks are expected. Small traces on the surface may come from ash, wood, or plant material touching the piece during firing.
These details are not considered defects. They are part of the life of the object and the process by which it is made.
Care
Remove ash after use. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not wash, soak, or use abrasive cleaners. Always burn incense on a stable, heat-safe surface and never leave burning incense unattended.
